We are looking for a Product Manager (All genders) to further strengthen our position as global market leader for lodging procurement. You are responsible for our e-Procurement Marketplace which highly automates the interactions between Buyer and Supplier, taking away the hassle of lengthy procurement projects and allowing to focus on actions that really drive value. In your position you will join a global team of Engineers, Data Specialists and Procurement Consultants working together on innovative solutions that serve our corporate customers, hotel partners, internal stakeholders and ultimately millions of business travelers worldwide.


  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and break it down into an executable strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback, business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Define and analyze relevant input and output metrics to measure product performance and ensure product success
  • Utilize various methods such as interviews, surveys and analytics to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Together with the Product Owner, specify requirements in detail (including visualized process flows and mock-ups if needed) and hand over to the Engineering teams
  • Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering, Design and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap
  • Effectively manage product development projects end-to-end, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, stakeholder communication and tracking progress


  • Several years professional experience in Product Management in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience in data-driven product development including proven ability to measure product success based on metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  
  • Deep understanding of agile development and prioritization methodologies
  • Senior expertise in management of internal and stakeholders 
  • Sound understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work independently and pragmatic decision making
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Experience in business travel preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
