As a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend —with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step.
CHALLENGE
- Test Architecture & Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, performance, and E2E layers. Ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable feedback for complex distributed systems.
- AI‑Powered Quality Engineering: Apply AI to improve quality outcomes by accelerating test scenario generation, test data creation, regression detection, and coverage analysis. Use AI to surface failure modes earlier in the lifecycle and reduce escaped defects in production systems.
- AI‑Native Engineering Practice: Apply AI‑assisted workflows across the full SDLC — including test design, code and step generation, debugging, test maintenance, documentation, and monitoring. Critically review and validate AI‑generated outputs to ensure correctness, security, and production readiness.
- Production Code Ownership: Act as a core member of the delivery team, owning production‑grade code in addition to test automation. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, deployments, and iterative improvement of both product and test infrastructure.
- Performance & Security Testing: Validate system behavior under real‑world conditions by executing performance, load, and stress testing, identifying scalability limits, latency issues, resilience gaps, and potential security vulnerabilities in automated and AI‑enabled systems.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, and end‑to‑end delivery.
- Expert‑level programming proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python, and proven ability to ship production code.
- Strong track record architecting and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using WebdriverIO and Cucumber, covering UI, REST APIs, integration, E2E, and performance layers.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing and complex integration workflows across multiple product domains.
- Practical experience designing and executing performance and stress testing, identifying bottlenecks, and validating system stability under load.
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM‑based tools, or AI‑powered capabilities into testing and engineering workflows.
- Demonstrated immersive adoption of AI across the SDLC, including AI‑assisted test generation, scaffolding, debugging, documentation, and delivery — with consistent human review and quality control.
- An AI‑first mindset: routinely asks whether a task can be fully automated with AI or materially improved by AI, and applies the right balance of automation and human oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
