POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top tech talent in the Vietnamese & Global market to support our growing operations. You will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company’s vision and culture. CHALLENGE

Sourcing and Recruitment: 

  • Source, engage, and recruit top tech talent in Vietnam using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and local tech communities. 
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and diversify the talent pool. 
  • Building strong relationships with universities is a strategic way to attract top tech talent and create a sustainable talent pipeline. 

Technical Talent Evaluation: 

  • Screen and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit using industry-standard methodologies and tools. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical stacks, and team needs to ensure a thorough evaluation process. 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular updates on the recruitment pipeline, market trends, and hiring progress. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering recommendations on candidate selection and hiring best practices. 

Data-Driven Recruitment: 

  • Conduct data-driven conversations with stakeholders to improve recruitment strategies and make informed hiring decisions. 
  • Tech Landscape Expertise: 
  • Stay updated on Vietnam’s tech landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent market. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Experience:  
    3-5 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries in Vietnam. 
    Proven track record of successfully hiring tech talent across various roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers). 
     
  • Market Knowledge:  
    Strong understanding of Vietnam’s tech landscape, including talent availability, hiring trends, and salary benchmarks. 
     
  • Skills:  
    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams. 
    Proficiency in evaluating technical skills through assessments, interviews, and coding tests. 
    Advanced sourcing skills using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, etc.) and local job boards. 
    Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data dashboards and recruitment analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ATS systems) to drive decision-making. 
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese. 
     
  • Tools:  
    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, Lever, Greenhouse). 
    Experience in creating and managing recruitment dashboards for pipeline and performance tracking.
