The HRS Enterprise business unit is hyper-focused on driving not only the HRS “flywheel” via the powerful combination of STAY and PAY, but also our own PAY flywheel whereby both corporate clients and third-party partners benefit from leveraging HRS PAY's technology and capabilities. In the position of the UI Designer, to further improve FinTech and BPATech with the close collaboration with local team based on Hochiminh City, Vietnam and follow the guidelines from HQ to get the design on a new level.


  • UI Design: Act as a champion for the user through creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various complex products. Bring features alive by developing user flows, prototypes and wireframes all the way to design drafts and iteratively develop UI modules and elements. Maintain, continuously enhance and extend the HRS design system (for both web-based and mobile application) for static and interactive UI elements  
  • Visual Design: Apply a keen eye for detail to create polished and cohesive visual designs that align with brand guidelines. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform design decisions. Integrate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and interactions. Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design elements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with CPO, Product Owner, developers, other UX Colleagues and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.


  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UI Designer in complex UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Technical Experience: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar. Understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs that work seamlessly across various devices. Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, color, and typography.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with creativity to unearth opportunities that enhance customer experiences.
  • Personal Traits: Embody empathy, authenticity, integrity, resilience, and respect in all interactions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
