BUSINESS UNIT

Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development and implementation of software solutions using Java.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to deliver optimal results.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance by eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and apply them appropriately within the project.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation when required.
  • Adhere to Scrum development methodologies.
  • Report directly to the Technical Leader.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Genuine passion for software development.
  • Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience (or equivalent) in Java Enterprise development and SQL databases.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
  • Proficient in building and consuming RESTful or SOAP web services.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with C# is a big plus.
