BUSINESS UNIT
Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis.
Pay2Reclaim platform is at the core of HRS’s value proposition—simplifying travel payments, automating invoicing, and transforming spend data into actionable insights. Key HRS innovations such as seamless payments, automated invoice validation, fully eligible VAT reclaim, and actionable spend data insights are all powered by the Pay2Reclaim platform.
These capabilities not only drive bottom-line improvements and ensure regulatory compliance for our customers but also play a critical role in enabling HRS’s go-to-market strategy. As a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend - with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step.
POSITION
CHALLENGE
- Lead an engineering Scrum team to design, develop and build a next-generation AI-powered wallet platform for global enterprise travel and expense management, eliminate manual processes through AI-driven orchestration and smart agents managing complex event lifecycles, with backend systems where AI Agents act as the core orchestration layer, enabling dynamic workflows and intelligent decision-making
- Proactively collborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders at Head Quarter to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
- Collaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest cloud architecture.
- Manage and support team members to become a high performing engineering team.
- Coach engineers to adopt best practices in software development lifecycle, such as Infrastructure as Code, Automated testing, Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery/Deployment, etc.
- Coach engineers to leverage generative Al tools such as GitHub Copilot etc., to accelerate software delivery.
- Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
- Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll be reviewing code, writing design documents, giving feedback on product specification and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience building software using Java and modern cloud-native architectures.

3+ years of technical leadership experience guiding high-performing engineering teams.

Deep expertise in Java and Python, with a track record of delivering scalable, high‑performance backend systems.

Strong understanding of core software engineering principles, API design patterns, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience deploying and operating containerized applications at scale on Azure or AWS.

Proven experience designing modular, secure, and resilient cloud-native systems.

Direct experience building AI agents, workflow orchestration systems, and integrating them into backend architectures.

Familiarity with AI-based development and testing tools.Solid understanding of payment systems, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-grade security for global deployment.

A strong product mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to user experience and business impact.

Ability to operate effectively in complex environments, balancing technical excellence and usability.

Passion for building SaaS platforms that integrate seamlessly across ecosystems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
