POSITION

As a Working Student Lead Research & Success Management (all genders) you will support in day-today business and ongoing projects in close contact with different departments across locations and gain practical experience in the promising and exciting TravelTech World.

CHALLENGE

  • Web Research of holiday home agencies & tourist destinations in Germany and Austria
  • Maintenance and optimisation of our CRM database Salesforce

  • Support in onboarding new holiday home agencies, destinations and hosts

  • You are in close contact with your team colleagues from the aforementioned areas as well as with all other departments across locations

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Ongoing studies with a business or tourism focus, availability for 10-20 hours/week

  • Affinity for the TravelTech industry and enthusiasm for new developments and trends in online accommodation sales

  • Independent, structured and performance-orientated way of thinking and working

  • Hands-on mentality and enjoy working independently on selected projects

  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and issues. Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) an advantage

  • Fluent German, and good English skills

  • In addition to all the necessary professionalism, you also have a healthy sense of humor when things don't go as planned

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich but also can be primarily home office based.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and all necessary work equipment is included.
