We are looking for a Madrid based Account Manager M&G (m/f/d) who acts as a professional consultant in optimization of processes and expenses on MICE through our online booking and procurement solution and who plans group trips or events on behalf of our corporate customers.

The challenges #LI-RD1

  • Be in charge for the consultative selling of HRS Meetings&Groups Solutions proposition to new and existing corporate clients (national and international)
  • Handle and process group booking or meeting requests submitted either online (via internet, online booking tools) or offline (fax, phone, email)
  • Consult clients with regards to the scope and specification of their respective booking request in a friendly and service oriented manner
  • Represent HRS on local MICE trade shows, exhibitions and workshops
  • Cooperate with local enterprise sales team with regards to MICE requests of new and existing corporate clients
  • Assist in preparing and working out RFIs/RFPs of corporate clients with regards to MICE questions and possible solutions
  • Advise corporate clients on appropriate booking processes (online vs. offline), software tools or general consultancy on MICE topics

The commitment

  • Professional experience gained within MICE commercial structures combined with in-depth knowledge of the business travel and MICE industry
  • Ability to initiate positive contact with the customer and maintain long lasting relation
  • Customer-oriented skillset and pro-teamwork attitude to achieve business goals
  • A strong performance track record within MICE industry in sales department
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, Portuguese language is a plus
