BUSINESS UNIT

We invite our working students to develop a professional mindset by giving the opportunity to take ownership of the HRS processes when it comes to support our hotel partners.

POSITION

We are looking for an Intern Supplier Solutions (all genders) based in Milan who will be responsible for supporting best-in-class operations of HRS' hotel partner. 

CHALLENGE

  • Act as the daily operational point of contact for HRS hotel partners, ensuring excellent service quality and smooth collaboration
  • Support hotel partners in registration and onboarding activities, HRS labelling & classifications, Corporate transient and group RFPs to drive adoption of HRS solutions and value proposition
  • Proactively consult and support hoteliers on commercial and operational optimization opportunities within the HRS 5S Framework, including pricing, availability management and VPAY solution enablement
  • Manage and coordinate inbound support requests related to HRS LaaS solutions and general partner administration
  • Collaborate closely with regional HAE teams, providing operational delivery support and sharing relevant developments related to key hotel partners
  • Work cross-functionally within the STAY Unit to understand customer needs and translate them into enhanced hotel offerings and services
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies, optimization opportunities and automation potential   

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand hotel partners’ needs and present effective solutions in a clear and engaging way
  • Active listening and consultative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and adapt communication to different stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a reliable, structured and detail-oriented manner
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks and priorities
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and strong focus on achieving results and shared goals
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Spanish is considered a plus
