BUSINESS UNIT

POSITION
We are looking for a Milan based Intern Enterprise Solutions (m/f/d) who will be responsible for supporting best-in-class operations for HRS customers.
CHALLENGE
- Desk research: scouting on customers (via CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo), as well as scouting on potential DMs (via LinkedIn and other social networks).
- Reporting of the gathered info.
- InMail/cold call to lead and report of the qualified information (according to BANT approach).
- Schedule virtual/f2f appointment with BDM to pitch HRS value proposition according to prospect’s needs.
- Tailor-made deck preparation to be used by the BDM during the 1st meeting.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and continuously improve work procedures through the identification of automation potential.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Student, preferably in the field of e-Commerce/Business Administration/Hotel Management.
- Passion for customer service in the field of corporate sales / online business /e-Commerce.
- Team players with a strong focus on results and strategic objectives.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured.
- Good command of English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
