With a strategic roadmap our global sales organization is able to ensure the highest level of consulting, delivery and operational excellence. Furthermore, the kind of top level standards is ensured by applying the global standard methodologies and data-driven quarterly business reviews (QBR) with the clients.


We are looking for a Milan based Intern Sales (all genders) who will be responsible for supporting best-in-class operations for HRS customers.


  • Desk research: scouting on customers (via CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo), as well as scouting on potential DMs (via LinkedIn and other social networks).
  • Reporting of the gathered info.
  • InMail/cold call to lead and report of the qualified information (according to BANT approach).
  • Schedule virtual/f2f appointment with BDM to pitch HRS value proposition according to prospect’s needs.
  • Tailor-made deck preparation to be used by the BDM during the 1st meeting.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and continuously improve work procedures through the identification of automation potential.


  • Student, preferably in the field of e-Commerce/Business Administration/Hotel Management.
  • Passion for customer service in the field of corporate sales / online business /e-Commerce.
  • Team players with a strong focus on results and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured.
  • Good command of English and Italian, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
