BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS AIOps team serves as a pivotal force in transforming customer support by harnessing the power of advanced AI technologies. Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing swift, intelligent solutions to inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels. By focusing on proactive support and personalised interactions, we empower customers to resolve issues autonomously, significantly reducing response times and minimising frustration. Through continuous improvement and real-time insights, the AIOps team plays a crucial role in elevating service quality, allowing our support agents to concentrate on complex tasks that drive operational excellence and foster innovation.

POSITION

We are seeking an RPA Developer to join our Lodging-as-a-Service platform team, focusing on end-to-end automation project delivery. This role is crucial in building and maintaining automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency and customer service. As part of our Automation Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing automated solutions using UiPath and related technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

CHALLENGE

• Automation Development

• Design and implement automated workflows for GUI/browser-based tasks
• Create and optimize attended and unattended process workflows
• Develop and integrate automated solutions with existing systems
• Implement OCR and functional libraries to accelerate development
• Maintain quality and organization of platform code and data

• Process Engineering

• Analyze and document complex operational processes
• Design UiPath-enabled solutions considering architecture, migration, and security
• Create process documentation in collaboration with Business Analysts and SMEs
• Optimize back-office workflows to reduce manual intervention
• Implement automation solutions following RPA methodology and lifecycle

• Technical Leadership

• Support the implementation of Automation Centre of Excellence
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain code quality standards
• Participate in proof of concept creation and demonstration
• Resolve application and code changes effectively
• Contribute to program roadmap development and project prioritization

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with business teams to identify automation opportunities
• Partner with SMEs to understand and document processes
• Coordinate with QA teams for automation testing
• Engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design
• Support cross-functional teams in complex challenge resolution

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years development experience with 2+ years in RPA development
• UiPath Advanced Developer certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in programming languages (C, .Net, VB, Python)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Webservices
• Experience with OCR and automation acceleration tools

Process Knowledge

• Deep understanding of business process methodology
• Experience in process re-engineering
• Ability to translate workflow diagrams into automated solutions
• Knowledge of RPA best practices and implementation patterns
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
