Within Enterprise Solutions, the Marketing department combines technology, creativity, and data to bring customers closer to the HRS brand. It plays a central role in shaping how we engage with leads and customers across channels and throughout their lifecycle. The team focuses on building data-driven capabilities, optimizing marketing operations, and delivering personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.

POSITION
The Marketing Tech team operates as a full-stack, cross-functional unit responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems that power our marketing communication and analytics capabilities. As MarTech & Email Template Engineer (all genders) in our Marketing Tech team, you will play a key role in building and scaling our Marketing Engagement Platform. Your mission: develop and optimize our engagement platform to enable seamless and personalized customer journeys across channels, from email and push notifications to on-site experiences. You ensure that every interaction is fast, reliable, and visually consistent with our brand. Your work spans from creating email templates to building Canvases and Liquid logic within Braze, enabling data-driven, dynamic communication at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product managers, analysts, and marketers to turn ideas into reusable and scalable solutions that drive engagement and strengthen the HRS brand experience.
CHALLENGE

Work within Braze, setting up Canvases, defining logic in Liquid, and building up templates using [email] HTML and CSS.

Develop, optimize, and monitor a scalable email template code base that reusable, dynamic, responsive, accessible and renders correctly in all email clients.

Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to translate ideas into reusable components and ensure a consistent experience across various email use cases.

Ensure system health, email deliverability and performance by following best practices, conducting regular monitoring, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Ability to build, maintain, and monitor a modern marketing tech stack based on product requirements, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with the overall technical strategy.
- Proven experience with third-party tooling such as Braze, including setting up content blocks, email templates, customer journeys, canvases, and automation flows.
- Expertise in Liquid and email HTML/CSS, with the ability to create modular, reusable components and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Experience creating accessible, responsive email templates that render correctly across different clients. You validate your work using email QA tools such as Email on Acid, Litmus, or Testi@.
- Experience in email UX design is a plus.
- Collaborative development experience using Git or similar version control systems.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a business and technical context.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
