BUSINESS UNIT

Enterprise Solutions is a key business unit at HRS, integrating multiple systems and tools to streamline information exchange across business processes and databases. It forms the backbone of our daily operations, enabling efficient workflows and supporting critical business functions. 

Within Enterprise Solutions, the Marketing department combines technology, creativity, and data to bring customers closer to the HRS brand. It plays a central role in shaping how we engage with leads and customers across channels and throughout their lifecycle. The team focuses on building data-driven capabilities, optimizing marketing operations, and delivering personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty. 

By connecting insights with innovative technology, the Marketing department creates measurable business impact and positions HRS for sustainable growth in a fast-evolving digital landscape. 

POSITION

The Marketing Tech team operates as a full-stack, cross-functional unit responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems that power our marketing communication and analytics capabilities. As a MarTech Data Engineer (all genders) in our Marketing Tech team, you will play a key role in building and scaling our Marketing Engagement Platform. 

Your mission: develop and optimize the data foundation that powers seamless and personalized customer journeys across channels, from email and push notifications to on-site experiences. You ensure that every interaction is backed by reliable, consistent, and high-quality data. 

Your work includes developing and maintaining data products that orchestrate and manage marketing communication and insights. You build data pipelines that merge multiple sources and handle data ingestion and extraction from third-party engagement solutions, while also providing high-quality source data to our Analytical Platform to generate actionable business insights.  

You will collaborate closely with MarTech engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketers to turn ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions that drive engagement and strengthen the HRS brand experience. 

CHALLENGE

  • Take ownership of end-to-end data flows, from ingestion and transformation to activation, ensuring that marketing and product teams can rely on trusted, high-quality data. 
  • Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting Snowflake, Hightouch, Outreach, Braze, AWS, Exasol, BigQuery, and other systems at the core of our Marketing Engagement Platform. 
  • Design efficient and cost-optimized datasets with appropriate partitioning strategies, automated scheduling (Airflow), and pipelining frameworks (Spark, dbt). 
  • Ensure that data ingested into third-party marketing tools is clean, accurate, and actionable, enabling precise targeting, meaningful personalization, and reliable reporting. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the data landscape, translating complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, prioritized engineering tasks. 
  • Proactively monitor, optimize, and scale systems, applying best practices to maintain performance, stability, and data integrity as the platform grows. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Experience working in cloud environments, ideally with AWS and Google Cloud Platform, and a solid understanding of the data products and services offered within these ecosystems. 
  • Strong command of SQL, combined with proficiency in Spark and Python for data transformation, automation, and process optimization. 
  • Expertise in data warehousing and ETL design and implementation. 
  • Hands-on experience with third-party tools used by non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable exploring these tools to validate data, ensure accuracy, and troubleshoot issues. Experience with Braze or other CRM platforms is a strong plus. 
  • Excellent technical design and documentation skills, ensuring clarity, maintainability, and scalability across the data ecosystem. 
  • Ability to build, maintain, and monitor a modern data tech stack, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with technical and business needs. 
  • Experience with collaborative development practices using Git or similar version control systems. 
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in technical and business contexts.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
