Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis.
POSITION
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to support the Product House Leadership Team in optimizing and managing our Digital Delivery Process (DDP) at HRS Enterprise Solutions. This role involves steering our product, data, and engineering organizations through the DDP while setting up and managing performance, business impact, and productivity metrics. This role is pivotal in refining our Digital Delivery Process, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of digital innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact
CHALLENGE
- DDP Setup and Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve the Digital Delivery Process using frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of Strategic projects ensuring they are effectively managed through the DDP framework
- Performance Metrics Setup and Management: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure business impact, productivity, and performance across the organization
- Steering Product and Engineering Teams: Guide teams through the DDP, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with strategic goals, leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the DDP and associated metrics, utilizing frameworks like ITIL and BRICE (Business, Regulatory, Infrastructure, Compliance, Environment) methodology for risk management
- Resource Allocation: Monitor, report and optimize the allocation of resources across the portfolio, ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources, and minimizing inefficiencies
- Market Adaptation and Compliance: Ensure products and initiatives are tailored to meet global market demands
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks within the portfolio using the BRICE methodology to manage business, regulatory, infrastructure, compliance, and environmental risks
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analysis on portfolio performance, highlighting areas of improvement and success
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Proven experience in portfolio management within a tech or digital environment, with expertise in SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and the BRICE methodology.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation processes and experience in steering cross-functional teams through complex projects using Agile and Scrum.
- Expertise in performance management, metrics development, and data-driven decision-making using OKRs and Balanced Scorecard.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in software product management or portfolio management, with a focus on tools like Jira, DevOps platforms, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, and other software development and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products or projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting for software products or tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Certification in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, DevOps certification).
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
