BUSINESS UNIT
You will be part of a high-impact engineering team responsible for building and maintaining scalable, resilient, and high-performing backend systems that support booking and availability services. The team works closely with cross-functional units including Product side Stakeholders.
POSITION
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security, while also driving automation and operational efficiency across services hosted on AWS.
CHALLENGE
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical booking and availability services
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using AWS services (ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments
- Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Improve observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting (including New Relic dashboards and alerts)
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system design and deployment practices
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (ECS/EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools (New Relic – dashboards, alerts, APM)
- Good understanding of logging frameworks and distributed systems
- Experience in handling production issues and incident management
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:

- Experience with New Relic advanced dashboarding and alerting strategies
- Exposure to security best practices (IAM roles, secrets management, etc.)
- Experience with log pipelines (Firehose, ELK/OpenSearch, etc.)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API-based systems
