POSITION
We are currently seeking a dedicated Billing Process Analyst (all genders) with expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) to join our team. As the Billing Process Analyst (all genders), you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end billing processes and ensuring accurate and consistent enterprise-wide data maintenance.
CHALLENGE
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes utilizing the most modern SAP BRIM system to ensure the seamless and efficient invoicing.
• Define and implement maintenance rules, interfaces and standards to ensure consistent enterprise-wide data maintenance.
• Monitor, analyze, and rectify billing data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies as needed to uphold our commitment to accuracy and preventing revenue loss.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of relevant data structures, processes, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth transitions as well as reducing operational disruption.
• Analyze and optimize both master and transactional data processes, to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities and resource allocation efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous development of relevant IT systems and enable us to stay competitive in a rapidly changing marketplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure the precise and timely billing of products and services.
• Update and manage master data related to billing in SAP BRIM, including customer information, pricing, contracts, and other pertinent data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing billing efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Billing department, preferably with exposure to SAP.
Domain Expertise:
• Strong command of SAP for effective master data management.
• Thorough understanding of billing processes, contract management, and revenue recognition principles.
Problem-Solving and Creativity:
• Possess an analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing for the management of multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Personal Attributes:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a steadfast customer-oriented approach.
Language skills:
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, German skills would be nice to have
