POSITION

We are looking for a Chandigarh/Mohali based HR Executive (all genders) to join our team of dedicated professionals at HRS Group. This role will be contract role, the contract will get renewed every year based on the performance of the candidate.
 

CHALLENGE

  • Actively support our HR Business Partner Team with administrative tasks, such as contract and addendum management, certificates and diverse employee requests
  • Preparation and edits of reference letter for current and former employees
  • Support in managing working students with time sheets, payroll and answering questions
  • Support our monthly Check In for New Joiners
  • Office management: ordering office supplies, mail processing, archiving and administration
  • Support of data maintenance/data upload to the HR system SAP Success Factors
  • Maintain and update internal company documents (organizational charts, intranet articles, personnel files, email lists, excel files/confluence)

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Minimum 1.5+ yrs. of experience in HR field.
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written, additional languages are welcome.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Drive to get things done.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
