POSITION
We are looking for a Mumbai based Senior Business Development Manager (all genders) who will be responsible for growing our new business B2B enterprise portfolio in India.

- HRS India wants to accelerate its growth and to further increase its market share within the large Enterprise segment.
- HRS Group invested in new solutions (Convergence and Pay) and wants to roll out its strategic new commercial offer in the region.
- Drive a transformation Sales KPI – cross-selling and upselling sign ups and sales discipline within the organization.
- Generation of a strong pipe of new large enterprise customers.
- Improve adoption of existing customers and develop them further for solution penetration in the market.

Skills & competencies needed for this role
- Market growth through complex consultative selling- Saas to Finance/Accounting /Procurement/HR POCs.
- Maintain and drive sales discipline, familiar with sales methodology (MEDDPIC or similar)
- Experience in handling fortune 500 enterprise customers in the region
- Project management and account management skills, with strong analytical mindset
- C-level stakeholder management, targeting CxO to sell the P2P.
- English speaking skills and also worked in a global setup before.
- Networking person, with skills to manage and develop strategic partnerships
- High energy sales person with strong data and consulting skills, to penetrate into the large enterprise segment.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
