POSITION

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mumbai based Team Lead - Billing Process Expert (all genders) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end Billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in generating and processing invoices for the products and services we provide to our valued clients.

CHALLENGE

•    Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently for products and services provided to clients to ensure timely revenue generation.
•    Serve as the subject matter expert for the end-to-end Billing process, including billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, to ensure a seamless and efficient invoicing cycle.
•    Utilize SAP BRIM to manage and optimize billing processes, from contract creation and pricing to invoice generation and revenue recognition.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and contractual agreements throughout the billing and collections process.
•    Provide guidance and training to team members on Billing processes, SAP BRIM functionalities, and best practices to foster a knowledgeable team, improving overall efficiency and reducing errors.
•    Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on Billing metrics, trends, and key performance indicators for management review to enable data-driven decision-making, leading to enhanced Billing strategies and financial performance.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Experience: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Experience in SAP for managing billing processes.
Domain Expertise:
•    Comprehensive understanding of contract management, pricing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
•    Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and accounting standards related to billing and revenue recognition.
Problem-Solving and Creativity:
•    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret billing and financial data.
•    Strategic problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Personal Attributes: 
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Language Skills: 
•    Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
