As Account Manager (all genders), you are responsible for maintaining and supporting the rental agencies and tourist destinations that work with us within Northern Germany. From the moment the contract is signed, you will build a relationship with the clients, coordinate the onboarding and optimize the performance of the cooperation based on relevant KPIs.


•    Manage and develop strategic clients in the holiday accommodation provider sector
•    Taking over new customers from the sales team and coordinating the onboarding
•    Ensuring a smooth display of holiday accommodation on our own platforms HRS Holidays and Tiscover as well as our sales partner network with affiliated portals such as, Hometogo, vrbo, Check24, airBnB and many more
•    Continuous analysis of all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customers and internal stakeholders using internal CRM and data warehouse tools
•    Advising existing customers on new solutions and products as well as further measures to optimize the business relationship and improve performance
•    Identifying new opportunities for the company and contributing to the conception of new product ideas
•    Together with the Sales Manager of your region, you are our ear to the market. Working closely together, you will develop strategies to attract new partners and optimize business relationships
•    Supported by our marketing team, you will strengthen the positioning and awareness of our product portfolio in the market
•    Participation in relevant trade fairs, conferences and other events is required


•    Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or tourism or comparable trainings
•    At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of account management
•    Strong communication and persuasive skills as well as negotiation skills
•    Consultation by telephone, video telephony or on-site appointments
•    Ability to grasp things quickly, initiative and a high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
•    Pleasure in advising, selling and dealing with people
•    Analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking
•    Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
•    Enjoyment and understanding of technical contexts and the e-commerce business
•    You are highly motivated, have team spirit and a hands-on mentality
•    Fluent German and good English skills. Ideally, you also speak other languages

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include a bonus.
