POSITION

As a Customer/User Experience Expert (m/f/d), you will analyse, structure and optimise the user guidance of our Property Management System (PMS) and Internet Booking Engines (IBE’s). You create additional Value for our Customer by optimizing their daily work and the “Shopping”-experience of the Guests.


CHALLENGE

  • Definition of focus groups and their questioning, on-site observations
  • Gathering and evaluation of design requirements
  • Coordination with stakeholders to find a path for the journey for new and existing features
  • Creation of user flows and prototypes for proposed designs
  • Integration of findings from research and data (analytics and BI) into design decisions
  • Creation of visual elements and screen designs for new and existing features
  • Analysis of the existing structures and optimisation using various test methods (e.g. A/B test)
  • Working collaborative with cross functional teams in implementing design and features for various products


FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A successfully completed university degree in direction of CX/UX, psychology or a comparable education
  • 5 years of experience in UX and UI design
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Experience in design of responsive web and mobile Applications
  • Experience in design of prototypes and flows with design software tools
  • Professional appearance, high motivation and a strong desire to work and win as a team
  • High sense of responsibility and a conscientious, goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Fluent in English and German in spoken and written form

LOCATION; MOBILITY; INCENTIVE
The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich but also can be primarily home office based.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
