As Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager Distribution, develop and optimize the range of attractive distribution partners for our over 1 million vacation accommodations. Join us in winning new national and international online booking portals for our distribution network and support existing cooperation partners in constantly improving cooperation and thus booking success.


Your tasks:

  • Look after our national and international distribution partners such as Booking.com, Check24, FeWo-direkt.de, BestFewo, etc. (OTAs, Metasearchers and Whitelabel-Partners)

  • Constantly analyze existing cooperation using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), determine the optimization potential and define roadmaps for the concrete implementation of the optimizations

  • Acquire new, strategically important cooperation partners in the field of distribution and negotiate the terms of the contract

  • Conceptualize and support the technical connection of new distribution via XML (API) and / or white label partners

  • Develop new market strategies and control them

  • Optimize existing, strategic partnerships and forecast the booking and sales development of the partners

  • Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer


Your Commitment:

  • Degree in business or tourism or a comparable training

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or as a key account manager. Experience in technical project management is also helpful

  • Quick to grasp, persuasive, negotiating confidence, initiative as well as a high level of commitment and resilience

  • Have analytical, structured and performance-oriented thinking and working. In addition, you can act independently and, in a goal-oriented manner

  • Enjoy and understand technical contexts and the e-commerce business

  • High level of motivation, team spirit and a hands-on mentality

  • Fluency in German  and  a good knowledge of English.  Other languages are a plus
