POSITION

Develop travel procurement strategies, manage hotel spending, and ensure smooth traveler experiences for our client’s travel program. Manage global hotel procurement projects from benchmarking analytics to strategy development to negotiation and implementation of hotel programs for large corporate clients. Lead strategic projects and manage hotel programs, including sourcing strategies, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of experts and analyze data for optimization opportunities. Develop travel procurement strategies, manage hotel spending, and ensure smooth traveler experiences for the client’s travel program. Develop and execute sourcing strategies with clients, lead price negotiations and engage with senior stakeholders. Work with sales in driving customer acquisition and retention while identifying growth opportunities for continuous innovation. Lead a team of up to 5 consultants and a business analyst in US and Brazil. Represent the company in industry events participating in panels to share knowledge and company value proposition. Up to 50% national or international travel to meet clients and project needs. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field and 5 years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained plus 5 years of experience leading projects and people; 5 years of experience in Procurement Roles; 2 years of experience working with executive visibility in consulting and procurement; 2 years of experience working for multinational or global corporations in small or medium-size businesses; 2 years of experience working on multidisciplinary global teams; 2 years of demonstrated experience in global procurement events as both a business representative and a speaker or panelist; 2 years of experience in procurement roles from both a buyer and supplier sides; and 3 years of experience with advanced MS Excel spreadsheet software, including Pivot tables, and advanced MS Excel functions. Up to 50% national or international travel to meet clients and project needs  

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This role is based in New York, NY. 

Compensation range: $160,000 to $170,000 per year
