Global Program Manager US (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Dallas or a New York based Global Program Manager (m/f/d) to change the world of corporate lodging with us! Your task will be to lead programs for our global strategic accounts, and turn our customer´s trust in customer´s success.


Your challenges

  • Lead & consult complex programs for HRS major global customers
  • Manage and lead negotiations, finding intelligent ways to support/enhance their travel processes and increase the program adoption
  • Design & implement account development plans both from an operational and strategic perspective
  • Take ownership of the roll out across all regions and markets, assuming the role of key contact for all others countries
  • Take responsibility and manage the entire P&L for your accounts
  • Bring strategic account management techniques to HRS coordinating multiple stakeholders across different countries, both external and internal
  • Take ownership with respect to support cases in relationship with the operational SLAs
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments with respect to overall solution delivery and performance
  • Ensure maximum HRS buy-in across regions in order to drive long term results


Your commitment

  • Several years of consulting or account management experience from SaaS industry, Professional Services or from Start-up environment (a knowledge of B2B travel industry is a plus, but not necessary)
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer situations by interpreting data and identifying trend
  • Strong project management skills and proven track record
  • Strong negotiation skills and high performance orientation
  • Finding solutions for complex issues and conveying those via enhanced communication skills
  • High self-motivation, pro-activeness, forward thinking and assertiveness being used to work with tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Experience in initiating positive contact and building relationships to maintain lasting relations in B2B business
