POSITION

We are looking for a Paris -based Marketing Manager (all genders) to support us in our mission to reinvent how business STAY, WORK and PAY in the Western and Southern Europe Market (France, Belgium, Luxembourg & Switzerland +  Italy). The main objective of this role is to drive our local demand and lead generation in line with the global marketing strategy.

CHALLENGE

  •  Establish and own the local marketing eco-system of content marketing, product marketing, events, communications and campaign management, on- and offline.
  •  Localize the global marketing message to fit the regional audience.
  •  Drive awareness among existing customers and prospects via owned and paid channels
  •  Drive the lead generation among target accounts and collaborate closely with the sales team to guide prospects along the funnel
  •  Execute local events – virtual and in-person.
  •  Define, track and monitor KPIs to allow measurement of performance of all marketing activities.
  •  Act as an ambassador of the local marketing needs towards HQ and of the global strategy into the market.
  •  Establish relations to key local media and secure SOV of HRS in PR.
  •  Be an active contributor to the global marketing organizations and foster the exchange and best practice sharing among the global marketing team

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar.
  • A strong understanding of product positioning and how to articulate value.
  • The ability to easily adapt and task-switch in the face of changing priorities.
  • Experienced in marketing of SAAS products.
  • Experience in B2B product marketing for a portfolio of complex and digital driven tech products
  • Expertise in the local marketing channels & partners.
  • The ability to interface and collaborate with members of a global sales force
  • Experienced in working in a cross-cultural team and across time zones
  • Understanding of the corporate travel industry is a plus
  • Fluency in French, Italian and English, both spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

This position will be based in Paris to work from our office in Tour Cœur Défense. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
