We are looking for a Paris based Account Support Manager B2B (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work to improve relationships with customers and partners in the corporate Travel segment of HRS.

Your challenges
• Support the ASM Team dealing with day to day operational requests and follow up with hotels and travelers
• Handling of complaints
• Ensure rate availability in the system and connect with the Hotel Solution Team.
