POSITION
To strengthen our growing global team, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent for HRS. You will be instrumental in building robust talent pools and supporting hiring managers across departments, ensuring we secure high-quality hires aligned with our organizational goals.
This role requires strong sourcing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop innovative approaches to talent acquisition while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
CHALLENGE

Talent Identification & Outreach: Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and engage with qualified candidates, including passive talent. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.

Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain strategic talent pools tailored to specific roles, functions, and business needs. Proactively engage with passive candidates, nurturing relationships for long-term opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and candidate availability to refine sourcing strategies. Share insights with hiring teams to stay ahead in the competitive talent market.

Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall recruitment strategies.

Database & Metrics Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM platforms. Track key metrics and report on the performance of sourcing efforts to improve processes continuously.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Linkedin recruiter, Boolean searches, and CRM platforms.

Data-Driven mindset with familiarity in tracking and optimising recruitment metrics.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position is a remote role to be based in Poland or Spain combined with traveling to HQ (Cologne) when necessary. The attractive remuneration is in line with the local market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
