POSITION

To strengthen our growing global team, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), based in Poland or Spain, who will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to fuel HRS's continued growth. This position serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers across all departments, contributing directly to our company’s success by ensuring high-quality hires aligned with our organizational goals and values.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, provide guidance to business leaders on best hiring practices, and continually refine our recruitment processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and high standards for talent.

CHALLENGE

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own and drive the full recruitment process, from initial role definition and job posting through candidate interviews, selection, and onboarding. 
  • Strategic Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce needs, craft effective job descriptions, and shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals. 
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality hire for every position. 
  • Define & Implement Sourcing Strategies: Develop targeted sourcing strategies for various functions and experience levels to meet hiring goals. 
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless, engaging candidate journey, with timely communication and transparent feedback to foster positive perceptions of HRS as an employer. 
  • Employer Brand Building: Promote HRS’s employer brand by sharing our mission, culture, and values with potential candidates, building excitement around our mission and global presence. 
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Track key recruitment metrics, report on performance to stakeholders, and implement improvements to enhance hiring quality, speed, and efficiency. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment where you have focused on non-tech hiring. 
  • Consultative Skills: Strong ability to advise and support hiring managers on talent needs, selection criteria, and market insights. 
  • Background: RPO experience or experienced working as an In-House recruiter.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop strong working relationships across teams and levels, and to act as a trusted advisor on hiring matters. 
  • High-Volume Recruitment: Capable of managing multiple open roles with competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality in the hiring process. 
  • Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage candidate and hiring manager relationships. 
  • Recruitment Metrics Focus: Familiarity with data-driven recruitment practices and key talent metrics to guide decision-making and process optimization. 
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The position is a remote role to be based in Poland or Spain combined with traveling to HQ (Cologne) when necessary. The attractive remuneration is in line with the local market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
