We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner - Sales Transformation (all genders) who will drive the global transformation of our salesforce. Team up with our sales executives along all markets HRS is operating in and develop roadmaps and agendas that push our salesforce to the next level.


  • Work proactively together with our sales leadership team in all aspects of HR
  • Coach sales leaders globally (America, Europe and Asia) to become coaches for their employees to train on our new sales processes (based on MEDDPICC)
  • Enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange with the sales leaders to identify areas for improvement in the organization
  • Operate and further develop the performance management process to drive individual development of our employees in sales
  • Review and further develop structures to establish a leading sales organization and drive business performance
  • Lead and manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions 
  • Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience



  • Several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner with a strong tech background gained in SaaS sales functions
  • Strong customer and product centric mindset, with the ability to dive deep into products and business models 
  • Familiarity with dynamic tech solution work environments and agile methods
  • Analytical competence to approach decisions from a data-driven perspective
  • Ability to deeply engage with colleagues of all levels
  • Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues
  • Focus on fast and flawless execution 
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written, German skills are beneficial
  • Manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions 
  • Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
