We are looking for a US-based "Channel Partnerships Manager - Americas (m/f/d)" with passion for delivering great results in order to ensure our further growth as well as the successful launch of our new product.

The Channel Partnerships Manager– Payment Solutions (m/f/d), requires expertise in relationship management (internally and externally), an ability to identify revenue generating opportunities via third-party partnerships, and experience in defining and driving a framework for successful delivery of partnership-based solutions and services. For HRS Payment Solutions, channel partners include (but may not be limited to): banks and financial institutions, credit card issuers, fintechs and payment providers, SaaS platforms and ERP systems, travel management companies and online booking systems, and other technical software vendors supporting the travel and B2B payment ecosystem.


Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Business Development Managers and Payment Solutions Consultants, the Channel Partnerships Manager identifies third-party relationships where the Invisible Pay solution set could be integrated and/or deployed to help transform the corporate payment end-to-end workflow and generate new revenue streams for HRS Payment Solutions.


Your Challenges

  • Using strong internal collaboration skills, work closely with the growth organization to seek out and execute on high-potential payment solution partnership opportunities focused mainly on high-end, large-scale, multi-national clients.
  • Develop a highly engaged relationship framework with all third-party entities, with tightly integrated OKRs/KPIs so that HRS Payment Solutions’ goals and objectives are fully integrated with the partner’s goals and objectives, all to ensure win-win commercial and product delivery opportunities.
  • Utilizing existing CRM data, internal relationships with the Enterprise Solutions and Global Accounts teams, as well as leveraging strong external networking and prospecting skills, the Channel Partnerships Manager will continue to seek out opportunities to deliver Invisible Pay solutions throughout the partnership ecosystem. 
  • Following the identification of priority business development opportunities which include HRS partners, engage directly with Business Development, Payment Consulting and Product Management as well as the reciprocal resources within the channel partner to help achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing on developing partnership sales/marketing materials, pitch presentations, and thought leadership content to continuously promote the value of partnering with Invisible Pay for mutual customers.
  • Work closely and collaborate directly with the Chief Growth Officer to prepare for and deliver presentations to partners; maintain diligent follow up and project management skills to ensure consistent progression towards closing and optimizing partner opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and HRS Payment Solutions Product Management to help identify new functionality, capability and product set(s) which align commercially and technically with our partners to continually expand Invisible Pay’s share of customer wallet and increase market share.
  • Maintain a strong and deep knowledge of both the broader payment landscape/marketplace as well as competitive differentiators.

Your Commitment

  • 3+ years’ experience in the B2B payments sector, preferably with a card issuer, financial institution, fintech, enterprise software/SaaS platform or global travel agency.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering on complex projects and stakeholders, preferably across multiple organizations and/or companies.
  • Background and experience utilizing a solution selling or consultative approach to clients on a multi-national basis.
  • Extremely confident in front of senior executives and possessing C-level presentation and selling experience.
  • A passion for payments and process efficiencies, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get highly engaged in all projects.
  • Ability to work across the globe, with multiple cultures, business environments and time zones. #LI-SA1
