Our business unit Enterprise Solutions offers consulting and end-to-end hotel management solutions to more than 3,000 corporate businesses globally. These include professional procurement, rate audit, payment, and automated invoice processing as well as online group bookings.  


We are looking for a Shanghai-based Business Development Manager, Payment Solution China (m/f/d) who takes responsibility to develop customer-specific payment solutions and strategies.

Your challenges 

  • Become a part of our Payment Solutions Team: With innovative Payment Solutions from HRS corporate, customers are able to minimize administrative work for their accounts department and employees. They can receive and settle their hotel invoices centrally and paperless!
  • As a consultant for global and regional customers, you will need to know how to use your strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills. Provide Market analysis and trend monitoring and generate and assess the new ideas
  • In your role as a consultant, you will convince your customers on senior and top management contact level on how to optimize travel management with the help from HRS payment solutions
  • Acquire corporate clients and expand existing B2B relations in close cooperation with field service
  • Steer global implementation processes in consideration of the customer-specific value chain (e.g. booking, payment, expense, archiving)
  • Identify potential improvement and design of concepts
  • Proactively work closely with other internal team and external partner alliance


Your commitment

  • Preferably you graduated in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics or completed a comparable education
  • Prefer to have experience as a sales consultant, e.g. in the field of payment solutions, E-Invoicing, HR Management systems, ERP, finance (Issuer, Acquirer, credit card companies)
  • You have a profound knowledge of project and process management
  • Your communication skills are excellent in both ways: understanding the pain and gain of the customer and presenting the best possible solutions
  • You bring along in-depth understanding of financial and accounting processes
  • You have a strong team-work spirit with positive energy
  • You possess excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Your flexibility and your willingness to travel in the region per request
