POSITION

We are looking for a Shanghai based Global Program Manager (all genders) who will spearhead our prime global programs, serving as the chief liaison for top clients. Entrusted with HRS's Stay-Work-Pay offerings, they strategize and manage end-to-end solutions. Within HRS's framework, this role directs operational teams, forges strategic roadmaps, enhances customer relations, and identifies upsell avenues. This integral position reports directly to the VP ES Greater China.

CHALLENGE

  • Program Oversight: Oversee global programs and initiatives for top-tier Fortune500 accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Foster robust, enduring relationships with client stakeholders, including C-Level, positioning HRS as a premier corporate travel partner.
  • Strategic Insight: Cultivate account strategies rooted in a profound grasp of client objectives and industry trends.
  • Financial Management: Direct HRS's commercial P&L for designated clients, ensuring mutual value and leading commercial negotiations.
  • Initiative Implementation: Command the rollout of initiatives, coordinating with internal experts across a multifaceted, cross-regional matrix.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the impeccable design and execution of strategic efforts with assigned clients.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their regions, bolstered by global and regional teams.
  • Value Proposition Mastery: Master the HRS value proposition to fuel growth across all HRS platforms (STAY, WORK, PAY), embodying an entrepreneurial spirit within the organization.

  • Professional Experience: Proven years leading project management in top consulting or global travel SaaS companies with a strong background in consultative sales and customer success.
  • Analytical Prowess: Skill in deriving strategic discussions from diverse data sources, coupled with a knack for fostering client relations through crafted storylines.
  • Leadership & Communication: Proficiency in presenting at executive and C-levels, paired with experience leading dynamic multinational teams towards outstanding results.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, driving innovation, and navigating multicultural matrix organizations with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
  • Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with creativity to unearth opportunities that enhance customer experiences.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The GPM is based in Shanghai. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
