BUSINESS UNIT
Our business unit Hotel Solutions takes care of the procurement of the HRS Group. This means, our sales colleagues engage with our hotel partners in order to support them maximizing their distribution success. But also acquiring and bundling the best accommodations and conditions for our business and leisure customers is their passion.
POSITION
We are looking for a Shanghai based Intern – Supplier Solutions China (m/f/d) who will support our Hotel Success Manager team.
CHALLENGE
- Hotel contents optimization and quality check regularly both in English and native language, number of photos, hotel review, etc.
- Support Hotel partners by updating the information via HMD, i.e. rate loading, price change via HSA3, pictures uploading, etc.
- Entry of all activities / changes (rates and information) into the internal memo in the Hotel Master Data

- Good communication
- Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g. word, excel, internet browsers, etc.)
