We are looking for a Shanghai based Sales Support (all genders) who will support our Corporate sales business.

Your challenges

• Support on following up of client request / complaint
• Support on BPO project and data optimization
• Support on any other tasks assigned

Your commitments

• Student, preferably in the field of eCommerce/Business Administration/Hotel Management
• Passion for customer support in Corporate sales/online business/eCommerce
• Team-work, result-orientation as well as detailed driven
• Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Skilled use of Microsoft office applications, especially for Excel
