We are looking for a Mumbai-based Team Lead Accounts Payable Officer (all genders) to support the Finance team, ensuring all relevant functions and duties are performed within the required timeframes, to ensure a high-quality service is provided to all stakeholders, whether internally or to external suppliers (hotels and properties, and other service providers). 


  • Ensuring Accounts Payable workflows –invoice processing, approvals, authorisations and payments are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage weekly payment run
  • Manage Accounts Payable staff
  • Finance Lease payments
  • Vendor account reconciliations
  • Credit card and expense management
  • Cashflow management for accounts payable
  • Continuously looking for improvements in systems and processes (improved automation)


  • Minimum four years experience in a similar role.
  • Computer competency on a recognised accounting package, in Microsoft Office and bespoke programs.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working on projects and contributing to operational efficiencies.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
