We are looking for a Sydney based Hotel Sales Executive, Australia (m/f/d) to act as an ambassador on behalf of HRS in the managed hotel sales area.


Your challenge

  • Responsible for selling the HRS value proposition to hotels to acquire new hotel partners into the HRS platform according to the HRS strategy
  • Understand, present and persuade hotels on best-in-industry rates and availability for optimal content distribution
  • Negotiate rebates, corporate discounts, Hot Deals, eRFP agreements and allotments within the independent and chain hotel partner portfolio, and acquire online meetings and groups hotel partners
  • Supervise hotel partners regarding hotel content quality, i.e. hotel description, quality of displayed photos, etc.
  • Ensure hotel education and support across all segments of HRS value proposition (Sourcing, Search & Book, Payment, Meetings & Groups) irrespective of connectivity
  • Sell premium sourcing solutions such as Marketplace Smart and Marketplace Prime
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with key hotel partners
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with hotels to assist in managing objections, including booking rejections, customer complaints and invoice collection

 

Your commitment 

  • Bachelor degree in business studies preferred
  • Experience in telesales and in the SaaS/FinTech industry preferred
  • Drive to bring in new business with a genuine interest in connecting with customer stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation expertise
  • Analytical mindset with an affinity for numbers
  • Excellent active listening skills with ability to challenge status quo and effectively manage objections
  • Strong discipline in maintaining CRM information
