POSITION

As a Senior Account Executive (all genders) at HRS, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise-level fortune 1000 clients. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our SaaS solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to clients and to HRS leadership, understanding the unique needs of the client and providing tailored SaaS solutions to meet those needs.

CHALLENGE

Sales and Revenue Generation:
•    Identify and target potential enterprise-level fortune 1000 clients within a defined territory or industry.
•    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
•    Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
SaaS Solution Sales:
•    Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
•    Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions effectively, highlighting their value and benefits to the client's business.
•    Customize solutions to match the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
•    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and goals.
•    Collaborate with the sales team, sales leadership, and other departments to align efforts and resources effectively.
Sales Process Management:
•    Manage the entire sales cycle, developing and guiding strategic plans leveraging the MEDDPICC methodology. 
•    Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track and report on sales activities and progress.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
•    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
•    Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics.
Sales Collateral and Presentations:
•    Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solutions.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

•    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
•    Proven track record of success in Travel Tech and SaaS sales, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience within an Account Executive role.
•    5+ years of consultative solution selling experience.
•    Strong understanding of the Travel Tech and SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
•    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•    Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
•    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
•    Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The role is a remote position in the US with occasional business travel to our New York office. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
