BUSINESS UNIT
With a strategic roadmap our global sales organization is able to ensure the highest level of consulting, delivery and operational excellence. Furthermore, the kind of top level standards is ensured by applying the global standard methodologies and data-driven quarterly business reviews (QBR) with the clients.
POSITION
We are looking for a Warsaw based Working Student M&G - Poland (m/f/d) to take responsibility for handling and processing of group and meeting requests for corporate clients.
CHALLENGE
- Handling and processing of all group booking or meeting requests submitted either online (via internet, online booking tools) or offline (phone, email).
- Compliance with defined HRS standards, processes and service level agreements.
- Independent and responsible monitoring of all processes and requests.
- Assist local corporate sales team with regards to MICE requests of corporate clients.
- Assistance in preparing and working out RFIs/RFPs of Polish corporate clients with regards to MICE questions and possible solutions.
- Reporting to local Director of Enterprise Solution.

- Ongoing studies with a focus on business or tourism.
- Long-term availability for 10-20 hours/week.
- Affinity for the TravelTech industry as well as enthusiasm for new developments and trends in online accommodation distribution.
- Independent, structured and performance-oriented way of thinking and working.
- Hands-on mentality or enjoy working independently on selected projects.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and issues.
- Very good MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written form). Good English language skills.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position can be based in proximity to one our office in Warsaw but also can be primarily home office based.
