The Search & Book unit at HRS plays a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions through HRS Connect, the company's flagship product within the expansive global corporate travel management market. HRS Connect specifically targets the rapidly growing and significantly underserved segments of corporate lodging, meetings, groups, and long stays.

The unit develops, enhances, and maintains complex technology solutions that seamlessly integrate hotel distribution systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and Hotel Chain systems into the HRS Connect platform.
POSITION

A Senior SDET (AI-Native) drives quality across the full SDLC by contributing production code, building test automation, and applying AI immersively at every stage - from design and development through deployment and monitoring. This role ensures AI-native products deliver reliable, scalable experiences across APIs, UIs, agentic systems, and ML workflows.

The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with deep testing expertise who does not treat AI as an add-on, but as a core way of working - consistently asking whether a task can be completed entirely with AI or materially improved through AI-assisted execution, while still applying strong engineering judgment and quality controls.
CHALLENGE

Test Architecture & Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable test frameworks across UI, API, integration, performance, and E2E layers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback on complex systems.

AI-Powered Quality Engineering: Leverage AI to generate test data, predict regressions, optimize coverage, and surface failure modes before they reach production.

AI-Native Engineering Practice: Apply AI-assisted workflows across the full SDLC - from test design and implementation to debugging, documentation, and monitoring. Review and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and production readiness.

Production Code Ownership: Own and ship production features end-to-end as a core development team member - design, code reviews, deployment, and iteration.

Performance & Security Testing: Stress-test AI applications for scalability, latency, security vulnerabilities, and resilience under real-world conditions.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Expert-level programming proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript, with proven ability to ship production code and build complex test frameworks.
- Strong track record architecting scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, E2E, and performance layers, with experience integrating AI-driven test generation and validation.
- Hands-on experience with performance and stress testing - designing load scenarios, identifying bottlenecks, and validating system behavior under high-traffic conditions.
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, or AI-powered capabilities into testing and product workflows.
- Immersive adoption of AI across the SDLC. Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development workflows for test generation, scaffolding, debugging, documentation, and delivery while critically reviewing outputs and maintaining engineering standards.
- AI-first mindset. Approaches every task by asking whether it can be completed entirely with AI or improved significantly through AI, then applies the right level of human review, validation, and control.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
