They also implement uniform reporting and process standards for our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad. Topics like automation, financial digitalization, master data, E2E processing, Business Units sparring are also part of their daily routines.

Our colleagues in the HRS Customer Service Centre are available 24/7 to help customers around the world as the first point of contact for all queries related to bookings and enquiries. They serve all modern contact channels such as telephone, e-mail and the social media channels in word and writing in 32 languages, but are united by one mission: to make the everyday life of business travelers easier and more enjoyable.
