Our Corporate Functions of People Solutions, Legal, Finance and Customer Service Center support employees at both strategic and operational levels with each department contributing to the success of the company. Particularly in the so-called "interfaces" of the company, we are always looking for committed, talented personalities to advise and support our departments.

The People Solutions is where you will find the expert scouts and developers of our company. Our goal is to create a working environment in which our employees feel comfortable, develop their performance to their full potential and are able to grow both on a professional and a personal level. The People Solutions team always tries to find the best HRS candidates for exciting and challenging functions both nationally and internationally and ensures that every HRS employee is offered a range of further development opportunities tailored to suit their needs.

Our colleagues in the Finance department are the masters of numbers and provide a key controlling function for the company. They are responsible for Controlling, Receivables Management, Commercial Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Business Process Management, Investment Management, Facility Management, Payment and Legal. They also implement uniform reporting and process standards for our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad. Topics like automation, financial digitalization, master data, E2E processing and Business Units sparring are also part of their daily routines. The E2E platform consolidates and manages the entire lodging category of our customers from transient and meeting to long-term stay spend categories, uncovering savings opportunities even as it simplifies site selection and meeting RFPs.

The Legal Counsel supports the individual departments in all legal issues arising in the day-to-day business. Especially as a data and technology-driven company, professional legal advice is an indispensable element of our business operations on so many levels.

Our Customer Service Center takes care of the decisive success factors of our company: customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Our colleagues in the HRS Customer Service Center are available 24/7 to help customers around the world as the first point of contact for all queries related to bookings. They serve via all modern contact channels such as telephone, e-mail and social media in 32 languages, and are united by one mission: “To make the everyday life of business travelers simpler and more enjoyable”.
